Tiny Feet Childcare

1. How much does it cost?

-Depends on the child’s age and the hours and days of needed care

 

2. Are you part time or full time?

-We accept both, part time 5 hours or less, Full time 6-12 hours per day

 

3. When can my child start?

-If there is availability, your child can start as soon as possible

 

4. What do I need to bring for my child?

-your responsible to for pampers, wipes, milk/formula, blanket, a spill proof cup and the $15 Registration Fee will cover everything else

 

5. Are meals provided?

-Full time care gets 2 meals and a snack, part-time gets one meal and a snack

 

6. When are payments due?

-Friday no later than Monday morning, which you can pay online. Late fees still apply.

 

7. Is there a registration fee?

-Yes it’s $15

 

8. When is the first payment due?

-Due on your child’s first day of care, which you can make online under the services tab.

 

9. Do you pro-rate childcare fee if a child misses a day?

-No the payment is due if the child comes or not, it’s reserving their spot.

 

10. Do you charge late fees if my payment is late?

-Yes A late fee of $5 will be assessed if not paid by Monday morning.  An additional $5 will be charged every day thereafter until payment is made in full.

 

11. Do you charge if I’m late picking up my child?

-Yes, $1/min after 6pm which is the be paid in cash that same day upon your late arrival, we are 24 hours but your schedule is locked in.

 

12. You are open 24 hours, can my child stay 24 hours?

-No, we are here 24 hours but care is for Part-time or full-time only any additional hours or days will be an extra fee.

 

13.How young can my newborn be?

-3 weeks old

 

14. Do you offer Transportation?

-Not yet but we’re working on it.

 

15.Do you take CCMS/CCA?

-Yes

 

16. Are you registered?

-Yes

 

17. Are you CPR Certified?

-Yes

 

18. Can I use any 5 days out of the week for care?

-NO, Monday-Friday only unless prior arrangments have been discussed  for no more than 12 hours. Any additional days or hours are extra.

 

19. Do you offer drop in care?

-Yes $25 per day for no more than 2 days per week. (8 hours of care)

 

20. Do you offer date night?

-Yes, we offer date night to our current families for an small additional cost

 

21. What if my schedule varies?

-We can still work with you, you’ll fill out a weekly schedule form in advance letting us know your drop-off and pick up hours.

 

22. What if i need more than 12 hours/5days  a week?

-There will be additional fees, give us a call with the amount of hours per week and times and we’ll be happy to quote you.

 

23. Can I make a payment online?

Yes, if  we have agreed to an opening spot for your child feel free to make a payment online for their week and registration fee or send payment through paypal to tinyfeetcc@gmail.com or paypal.me/tinyfeetcc
