Daily Late Fees. If payment is made after 6pm Monday, add a late fee for everyday late thereafter if after 6pm.
Example:
if paid Monday at 6pm add $5.00 one time
if paid Tuesday Morning add $5.00 one time
if paid Tuesday after 6pm add $5.00 twice for Monday and Tuesday
